How do I order online?We NowTake Orders On-Line! Please note that for same-day delivery, orders need to be placed before 1PM! All orders placed after 1PM will be fulfilled for delivery the next day! Check our menus at www.bkarboretum.com. Select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your cart! NOTE: All bulk discounts will be applied automatically! Be sure to input any PROMO CODES you may have received via e-mail or direct from our customer service line! Go to your shopping cart and hit checkout Input any relevant contact info you are prompted to provide, delivery is FREE! Be sure to include a message with any time considerations, or other info we may need to complete your delivery! You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your receipt and order number! NOTE: All deliveries will be made between the hours of 1PM and 9PM! You will receive a text confirmation when your order is on the way! We are CASH ONLY, please have cash on hand prior to our arrival!

When your delivery driver arrives they will walk you through the daily selections! NOTE: Looking for something specific? Feel free to ask if it is available for On-Demand delivery so we can ensure to the dispatch the closest delivery driver with the product in mind!

I requested an On-Demand delivery hoping for a specific product, but your driver did not have it!We do our best to make sure our delivery people are stocked, but sometimes they can sell out of certain items on busier nights. For On-Demand delivery, please feel free to specify what you are looking for to make sure we can dispatch a delivery person who has it! If the desired product was a specific strain of flower or oil, or flavor of edible, you can guarantee inventory by placing an order online it to guarantee your selection of flowers!

Does BKA deliver to my neighborhood?We service Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens from 1-9PM Daily! Please see our service map below! Are you out of our area? No problem! We handle out of area deliveries on a case-by-case basis! Text us we can work out a way to offer you service!

I had an issue with a product, does BKA offer refunds and exchanges?We strive to source the highest quality flowers, edibles, cartridges and extracts, but we know s*it happens! If you have an issue with a product please text our Dispatch team between 1PM and 9PM. Any pictures of the product detailing the issue at hand will help! If it is within the same business day, we can come back and exchange it or issue a refund. If it is within a week. of purchase, we are happy to issue you a credit for your next visit!
